GEEK FACT: Christian Bale is the first live action actor to portray Batman/Bruce Wayne in three Batman films. Kevin Conroy has played the character in seven animated films as of 2011 (including Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker).
Man On A Ledge Poster
This poster does exactly what you’d expect from a film with the words ‘man’ and ‘ledge’ in the title but it adds a whole mess of police choppers, SWAT teams and bystanders to crank up the jeopardy levels to ‘nerve-jangling’.
The film stars Sam Worthington, Jamie Bell, Elizabeth Banks, Ed Harris and Anthony Mackie and hits the UK on the 27th January 2012.
GEEK FACT: Jamie Bell was in a relationship with Evan Rachel Wood (June 2005-September 2006).

I thought I’d start blogging the latest film pictures and posters because I’m a complete sucker for them!
The Iron Lady (6th January 2012) - It’s a biographical drama about the life of Margaret Thatcher (Meryl Streep), the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (I need this poster in my life).
In Time (1st November 2011) – In the future people stop aging at 25 (that sounds nice) but they must work to buy themselves more time. In this sci-fi thriller, JT finds himself with more time than he can imagine and ends up going on the run from the corrupt police force.
The Rum Diary (4th November) Paul Kemp aka Johnny Depp is a freelance journalist who finds himself at a critical turning point in his life while writing for a run-down newspaper in the Caribbean.
War Horse (13th January 2012) - Steven Spielberg’s latest film follows a young man named Albert and his horse, Joey, and how their bond is broken when Joey is sold to the cavalry and sent to the trenches of World War One.
Dark Shadows (TBC) - It’s based on the “Dark Shadows” TV series and is Johnny Depp and Tim Burton’s eighth collaboration. It’s a gothic-horror tale centering on the life of vampire Barnabas Collins and his run-ins with various monsters, witches, werewolves and ghosts. The cast include; Chloë Grace Moretz, Helena Bonham Carter, Michelle Pfeiffer, Christopher Lee, Alice Cooper, Eva Green and more.
The Human Centipede (Not being released in the UK) – Do I really to explain this one? Okay, well just incase you’ve been living under a rock for the last 12 months. It is inspired by the fictional Dr. Heiter, disturbed loner Martin dreams of creating a 12-person centipede and sets out to realize his sick fantasy.
